Happy Holidays!
Wow! I cannot believe how fast these last couple months have flown by! Madalyn is almost 2 months old and I am going back to work in 2 weeks! :( We are moving into Ruth, Pete's mom's house in 2 days. We have been very busy packing and painting the new house. It honestly doesn't even feel like Christmas! But, none the less, we have so much to be thankful for and we are so blessed to have Maddie with us for Christmas!

Madalyn stared as Baby Jesus in a play at Grandpa and Sue's church. It was an adorable play.

One month check up

Hope you are well! I took Maddie to the doctor yesterday for her one month checkup. The doc. says she is growing beautifully :) She now weighs 9lbs and 2 oz.
I had a couple of concerns that we addressed. She has a lump under her right nipple and she hasn't had a bowel movement in 6 days!!
The doctor told me she still has some of my hormones in her body, and she is actually making milk too! It may take months for it to go away.
Because I am breast feeding, she isn't wasting much which may lead her not to bm as much, but if she doesn't in another day or so he may have to force her too.

Week 4

Hello!
I still cannot believe how fast time is going by! Maddie is already four weeks old! She is getting so big and strong. She lifts her head a lot by herself. She is so smiley and loves to be held.

Thanksgiving Week 3

We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We all loved seeing family and friends and eating great food! Madalyn met her Great Grandma and Grandpa Hatcher. It was a great day!

Doctor's Appt.

Maddie had her two week check up appointment yesterday. She is doing beautifully, and now weighs 7lbs and 8 oz. She gained back her weight she had lost. Her umbilical cord fell off 11 *17. These pics are taken there.

One week..

Madalyn has been home for over a week now. She is such a sweet heart. We just love all the adorable smiles and sounds she makes. She is a very happy baby girl. Owen is slowly adjusting to having a little one in the house.

Welcome baby Madalyn

Our beautiful baby girl is here! Madalyn was born November 5, at 4:51. She weighed 7lbs and 10oz, with a full head of beautiful dark brown hair.
